We conduct regular safety drills and maintain a secure entrance to ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed to enter the building. You can trust us to provide a safe and secure environment for your child.
Arrival and Departure
We understand that drop-off and pick-up times can be stressful for both parents and children. That's why we've developed a streamlined process to make it as easy as possible for families. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a friendly staff member who will help you sign in your child. We'll also provide you with a daily report of your child's activities and progress.
Comfortable Clothing
We want your child to feel comfortable and be able to move freely during playtime. That's why we ask that children wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Please refrain from sending your child in clothing with buttons, zippers, or anything that may pose a choking hazard.
Holidays and Absences
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to keep your child home from daycare. Please notify us as soon as possible if your child will be absent. We also observe all major holidays and will be closed on those days. We will provide a schedule of holiday closures at the beginning of each year.

At Rising Phoenix, we believe that healthy eating habits start at a young age. That's why we provide nutritious meals and snacks that are made on-site using fresh ingredients.
